For all returned items, including refunds/exchanges and faulty , please include your name, Order number and reason for return. We will then process your return as soon as possible once it arrives into our office. We will be in contact via email once your item is processed.

If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel / refund your order, then as a consumer you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded. These include original postage costs which will be refunded up to the value of £9.95 maximum, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 30 Days after the day on which you received the goods.
Please note that you may not cancel any chairs ordered from us as these are "custom orders" and cannot be returned.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method once the items have been returned to us. Please note unless the items are faulty (see 3.0) you are responsible for returning the items back to us at your cost. Once received you will be refunded as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.

if you have ordered goods from us, but wish to change the size then we can do this free of charge, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 30 Days after the day on which you received the goods. You will receive a replacement once the items have been returned to us. Please note unless the items are faulty (see 3.0) you are responsible for returning the items back to us at your cost.
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival or become faulty within a reasonable time, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund. Where any faulty goods are to be returned to us then please use the return sheet included in you package and return the items to us. Please indicate if you require a replacement or refund.
For faulty goods, we will do the following procedures:
1. Upon refund request – refund the total costs including postage to return the items.
2. Where a replacement has been requested - dispatch a replacement and refund reasonable return postage costs.
