If you purchased from AMAZON and AMAZON shipped you the order, please return the order back to the Amazon warehouse.
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel / refund your order, then as a consumer you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 30 Days after the day on which you received the goods.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method once the items have been returned to us. Please note unless the items are faulty you are responsible for returning the items back to us at your cost. Once received you will be refunded as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.

If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind (No longer needed / Not as expected) - Cancel or Refund
If you need to cancel an order you just submitted, please contact us as soon as possible as orders are processed as soon as it enters our system (M-F 8am-4pm orders are processed).
If You Have The Wrong Size - Replacement
If you have ordered goods from us, but wish to exchange the size then we can do this free of charge, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 30 Days after the day on which you received the goods.
Items are Faulty upon arrival or Become Faulty Within a Reasonable Time
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival or become faulty within a reasonable time, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund. If you are able to send us a photo of the faulty item, please do so.
Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund. Where any faulty goods are to be returned to us then please use the return sheet included in you package and return the items to us. Please indicate if you require a replacement or refund.
Once inspected, if the goods are faulty we will do one of the following.
a) When a refund has been requested - refund the cost you paid and reasonable return postage costs.
b) Where a replacement has been requested - dispatch a replacement and refund reasonable return postage costs.
