I only bought this product a few weeks ago to help stretch and ease any pain in my lower back following spraining it late last year. I have started on level 1 for 10 to 15 minutes at a time which gives my back a gentle but relaxed stretch. The BackBoard Stretch is easy to assemble and use.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and have definitely seen a significant difference it has made in reducing my lower back pain.

It was a bit uncomfortable to start with, and only tried 5mins in the morning. Now on 5mins in the morning and after my work has finished sitting at my desk, I use again.

I am going to try going up to level 2 in the next few weeks, just to see if that improves my back stiffness and pain further.

Would definitely recommend this product, and it's been a great buy.
