from 256 reviewsThe insoles are firm to stop your foot moving into a sloppy/ poor position so take a little getting used to.
They are good at absorbing heel strike shock and so good for my plantar fasciitis, but the rest of the insole is a hard plastic so is not particularly good for shock absorbency.
I find I need to wear them for short bursts to get used to them as I am prone to rolling my foot out of line and so am building up to being able to wear them all day rather than just diving in to a full days wear.
They are well made and strong, fit my shoes fine
I’ve used similar arch supports before and I know they have to be rigid and not cushiony to work but these ones in particular have a dense foam “button” and appear a little longer in length which makes them less detectable under my already aching foot.
You do notice them in your shoes but in a good way as they provide great support and that foam button really does seem to give me a little bounce.
They are fairly expensive but competitively priced I think and they did work brilliantly at putting a spring back in my step. They could easily be transferred between your shoes as well and I’d expect to get really long wear out of them. 10 out of 10 from me
It does what is expected! And eliviates back pain while sitting. Helps correct posture. This is nice.
I received my SpineGym a few days ago, it was well packaged and isn’t too big, so it’s easy to store it. I bought it as I'm hoping to improve my core strength and balance and needed something to help exercise at home. The exercises are easy to follow and I’ve started to feel a difference. So far so good!
Really impressed so far with SpineGym, I’ve been following the exercises over the last few days and can tell my core strength is improving. Nicely packaged and really easy to assemble!
You do get the choice of 2 gel pads (oh they feel cold and sticky when first applied) but soon warm up with body heat and boy do they stick! One is for larger areas like lower back and one is for smaller areas like shoulders. You can alter the intensity levels by pressing the + button either on the massager unit or by the remote control, the lowest is level is 1 the highest is 15.
I have tried them all and i have to say the back mode i found to be the most intense, i could only tolerate it on the number 4 level but i would assume each individual would be different, the abdomen mode was my favourite by far, i found it to be very relaxing. I have only been using the device for a few days so it's too early to say if it will help my sciatica and lower back pain but i am hopeful and will carry on using it.
When i removed the gel pad i thought i might have acquired a very sticky back but no residue was left behind or any stickiness to be found, the pads can be used many times over and you can purchase extra pads separately. Everything can be placed into the zip storage case afterwards so it keeps everything neat and dust free until your ready to use it again.
I have tested this on my neck, shoulder, upper arm and lower back and in my opinion it works really well with the increase in power being in small increments allowing me to find just the right setting for the targeted area.
I was keen to try this out on my hands as I suffer from arthritis mainly in my thumbs so have been using it daily on my hands with the smaller pad. I have been pleased with the results and found this has gradually helped lessen the pain I suffer during the day.
The pads are reusable up to 50 cycles and you can clean them off with a small amount of water when the adhesion starts to fail. Additional/replacement pads can be purchased for around £7 each.
Overall I have found this simple to use, and the adjustment is good and has a good variety of different modes for targeted areas, and it has a useful carry case to store everything. I found it did help to relive pain and relax tightened mussels and I was also pleased that it worked with and helped relive pain in my hands.
This arrived in perfect condition In its own branded box. I
You get everything you need to start using this, and it also has a nice looking case to keep it in.
These devices work by sending pulses to your brain before the pain messages reach there (or something like that) and you control it by a touch handheld device that allows you to select the right setting for your needs. The pulse that gets sent feels like an electric shock, so it's best to start off at the lowest level . It's a lot of trial and error until you learn which levels are best for your needs.
It's really worth sticking at it until you find your ideal settings.
The patches that you put on your skin will need replacing at some point.
I first bought a pair of these about 8 months ago for my dad and you can see in the picture they have been well used. Now my mum wanted a pair so got her two pairs as a present so she can put them into two different pairs of shoes. They both love them and feel really supportive ….
I have been using it for about 2 weeks now after finding my lower back was getting painful sat at my home office desk during lockdown. I noticed the difference straight away and it’s pretty cool. Its so simple but it works!
My gran has had a problem with her neck for a while and she has been complaining of neck pain and headaches. I told her to start using a brace and bought her this one. She loves it 😃 she wears it every night whilst watching TV before bed and she doesn’t get the pain anymore and the headache. I said she should have got one years ago ! She finds it really lightweight and comfortable and is a very happy user. Highly recommended and well done to the company !!
After feeling really conscious about my posture for a while and getting shoulder pain I thought I would give one of these a try. Wow it’s quite remarkable how effective it has been for me. For such a simple product it really works. I’m very happy with the quality and I think it’s was a good decision paying for this brand as I think it’s going to last. Money well spent and no more shoulder and neck pain … hurray !
The product meets the description. The product is three-quarters, so it can be good for larger or smaller shoes. Comfortable to wear. I tested this product in my safety shoes.
I currently have a job that involves walking 7-10 km a day.
The product provides comfortable wear throughout the shift. I like the heels raised.
For me, it's good and comfortable. I have a bone growth in my heel that often hurts in flat shoes. This insole helps with my problem.
The price is right for me.
So I can recommend it with a good heart!
Having long term back aches and stiffness, I am always looking for ways to either manage or eliminate these symptoms. Once I saw the SpineGym advert, I right away recognised the benefits this would supply to accomplish my goal - a strong core. Now that I have been using SpineGym once a day (Just 20reps/day) for two weeks, my back aches are diminished. Since the method of using it also engages the upper chest and shoulders, it helps to correct the natural tendency we all have to slouch forward, and I can feel I walk more upright now with my neck, head & shoulders pulled back.

What makes more sense than core training in a stand up position? Customer support is 100% I highly recommend both SpineGym and the team behind it.
