CORRECT YOUR POSTURE, VIA YOUR FEET! - Spine Aligners

Wearing Spine Aligners will make a dramatic difference to the alignment of your foot, ankle, knee and spine!

Orthotic Overpronation Insoles

Spine Aligners™ Overpronation Insoles are clinically designed to relieve postural aches, lower back pain caused by overpronation and ultimately improve your posture for a healthier back.

These orthotics for overpronation are made possible by giving your feet additional support and cushioning that gradually corrects the lower body’s point of pressure.

Your healing process should not take a break. Wear these insoles anywhere and everywhere for the consistent and unfailing attention your posture needs.

Over time, Spine Aligners will enable you to regain the ideal structure of your feet and prevent overpronation, ultimately leading to a better posture.

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Spine Aligners have been specifically designed to relieve postural aches and pains in the lower back caused by over-pronation, by offering the additional support and cushioning needed for feet that have 'flattened' and are overpronating.

This is done by stabilising and realigning the heel at a 2° angle and by controlling and supporting the arch back to a natural 'neutral' position.

Comfortable And Versatile Foot Orthotics

There is also antimicrobial Orthalite® foam cushioning for extra comfort and breathability.

The best thing about the BACK insole Spine Aligners™ is that they’re versatile and easy to use.

You don’t have to take a break. Our innovative orthotic insoles for overpronation will fit any kind of shoe. You can pop these insoles into your jogging shoes, work shoes or even your trainers when you’re just running for errands.

Strong, durable and comfortable.

This is another repeat purchase of the Spine Aligners. I use daily in my shoes, trainers and slippers etc instead of swapping between foot wear I decided to purchase a few pairs to make my life easier. They are so robust, moulded base insole and much better than other flimsy insoles, even better then the nhs custom ones previously provided, which last less then 6 months. These are more comfortable, provide arch support and help with my posture and walking. Happy with my purchase and still using original ones for the past 3 year.

Getting used to them

Yes getting used to them takes time as I suffer from Oedema swelling in the feet so will need extra time.

Comfortable

The insoles are firm to stop your foot moving into a sloppy/ poor position so take a little getting used to.
They are good at absorbing heel strike shock and so good for my plantar fasciitis, but the rest of the insole is a hard plastic so is not particularly good for shock absorbency.

I find I need to wear them for short bursts to get used to them as I am prone to rolling my foot out of line and so am building up to being able to wear them all day rather than just diving in to a full days wear.

They are well made and strong, fit my shoes fine

Slightly longer length is perfect for my feet

I’ve used similar arch supports before and I know they have to be rigid and not cushiony to work but these ones in particular have a dense foam “button” and appear a little longer in length which makes them less detectable under my already aching foot.
You do notice them in your shoes but in a good way as they provide great support and that foam button really does seem to give me a little bounce.
They are fairly expensive but competitively priced I think and they did work brilliantly at putting a spring back in my step. They could easily be transferred between your shoes as well and I’d expect to get really long wear out of them. 10 out of 10 from me

Crippling pain no more!

I have had problems with my ankles and knees for the past 2 years since falling down the stairs, and have had to go to physiotherapy in order to walk probably.

For the past few months I had been trying another set of insoles which actually hurt quite a lot, and during a trip to Hungary the pain was so cripplingly bad that I had to stop wearing them.

So I tried these and immediately the pain went away.

Only the heel and arch are raised, which gives support in the right places, unlike my last pair which raised more areas of the foot.

They're firm but flexible with a slight bit of softness to them so that it doesn't feel like you're walking on something hard.

For £25 they're more than worth the money if they solve your problem, and for me I can actually walk without crippling pain now!
