This fits nice and it does work a little.
It is comfy but it doesn't look it.
I feel like it pulls up my posture when I am standing and as its for sport I guess that its good.
I also wanted to wear it at my desk but it doesn't stop me slouching at all
This posture correcting brace is great. It is very comfortable and holds your shoulders back comfortably. The back brace is padded for comfort too. Easy to put on and works well. Very pleased with this high quality brace.
This is a really good back support for sports. I am a size 10 and the small fits me very well. It really helps me keep good posture when running, and while I do notice it and feel it all the time, I think this is also good for reminding me to think about my running style, which is hopefully improving. I think it is quite comfortable to wear and it isn't heavy so it doesn't get in the way of running. You can adjust the straps to make it tighter or looser, but since it is there to help your posture you do need it to be quite tight. I wear it over a tshirt and then another top over it as it isn't exactly the coolest looking thing, even with the turquoise and pink colour - but this is personal preference. I can see how this would work for a range of sports, and I guess you might be able to use it just for walking about as a reminder to keep good posture - but I don't think you would want to wear it for long periods of time, and an hour or so of running is more than enough for me.
As with any sort of support if you are unsure about whether you should use it or not then it might be worth contacting a physiotherapist.
