Our Back Brace has been designed specifically for the central lower back (zone 4) to relieve lower back (lumbar) pain. As well as providing pain relief by supporting the spine, the brace also allows your back the time it needs to recover, and your muscles the chance to relax.
After a period of using the Back Brace, there are simple exercises you can do to strengthen your back, restore normal muscle function, and help prevent further pain.
The Back Brace is easy to use with elasticated sides and a velcro fastening to ensure a comfortable and supportive fit. Made from hygienic anti-microbial breathable material with a thermo foam inner section, the brace allows for good air circulation to keep you cool and comfortable.
Unlike other back supports, the light grey exterior and low profile shape mean that it is the perfect brace for wearing directly on skin, under your clothes for the ultimate discretion.

How long can I wear the Back Brace for?
We recommend that the Back Brace is worn for a few hours at a time. After you've used the brace, we advise doing some gentle exercises to help strengthen your muscles. If you're unsure about doing exercises, or which ones to do, speak to a professional to find out what's right for you.
Can I wear the Back Brace while I sleep?
We don’t recommend wearing the Back Brace while you sleep, since it may force you into an awkward sleeping position, which can cause further discomfort.
How do I wash the Back Brace?
You can wash the Back Brace by wiping it with a damp cloth and then leaving it to dry.
Should I do exercises?
We would recommend you strengthen your lower back muscles whilst using the Back Brace to increase the speed of muscle recovery and to sufficiently support your spine. Check out our video section for lower back strengthening exercises, including stretches and other top tips to improve back strength.
Does using the Back Brace make your abdominal muscles weaker?
Studies have consistently found that a back support will not make your abdominal muscles weaker.
